Pulse 7306 Mid-Row
The Pulse Mid Row lets exercisers enjoy a natural-feeling rowing motion without the hassles of oars and water. Pull movement lifts the seat while rocking the body rearward to avoid unsafe lower back hyperextension. Independent movement arms allow for targeted training to develop and improve back strength and proper posture.
